CIRCLE HERITAGE

SAFE GUARDING OUR HERITAGE | SPECIALIST HERITAGE BROKERS

CIRCLE INSURANCE SERVICES LTD IS A PARTNER TO THE ASSOCIATION OF SCOTTISH VISITOR ATTRACTIONS (ASVA).

Whilst many visitor attractions have risks in common, such as the interaction with members of the public, many do not. In fact it is this diversity of risks which requires a specialist and experienced broker to tailor a truly bespoke and competitive insurance solution without compromising on service or cover. From museums to theme parks, castles to zoos, distilleries to historic houses; Circle’s Visitor Attraction facility can accommodate all of these and many more.

CIRCLE INSURANCE SERVICES LTD HAS PARTNERED WITH ONE OF THE LEADING INSURERS OF LEISURE AND UNIQUE PRODUCT, CIRCLE HERITAGE, DESIGNED FOR MUSEUMS.

Whilst many museums have risks in common, such as the interaction with members of the public, many do not. In fact it is this diversity of risks which requires a specialist and experienced broker to tailor a truly bespoke and competitive insurance solution without compromising on service or cover.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

"Like all businesses, regardless of sector, our insurance costs have increased hugely and when dealing with Listed Buildings the large index linking percentages used mean that annual costs soar. On the suggestion of THA [The Heritage Alliance], we contacted Rob Davies at Circle Insurance who operate a special scheme for Heritage. Rob was able to rationalise our Schedule and cut our premium by 50% for better cover. I would recommend a conversation with Rob should be in the diary close to any THA members' renewal date"
Roger Lee
BERDERN HALL
"I have known Rob Davies for many years and the service provided has always been exeptional -taking the worry out of insurance. This new museum product offers even more relevant cover than ever before."
Lesley Blakmore, Financial Controller
THE WORLD OF GLASS (ST HELENS) LTD
"A unique innovative approach to a complicated museum. I would recommend this product to anyone."
Simon Carter, Director
AVONCROFT MUSEUM OF HISTORIC BUILDINS LTD
"Rob has looked after our insurances for many years and has done so in a friendly and highly professional manner. His knowledge and experience of our sector is clearly evident from the advice and competitive programmes he has put in place for Dynamic Earth. He also managed to get a sizeable boiler claim paid which our previous broker had failed to do so, clearly demonstrating his tenacity in providing the kind of quality service clients would expect from their broker. We would not hesitate to recommend Rob and Circle Insurance for those who want a highly professional service coupled with excellent value for money."
John Simpson, CEO
DYNAMIC EARTH
"It is such a relief to find a specialist broker who understands our business. As a small volunteer-led heritage attraction we have big responsibilities, limited resources and all the non-standard peculiarities inherent in our sector. With Circle Heritage they take the worry out of our unique insurance requirements and our Trustees appreciate the full discussions and feel assured that dialogue and support is only a phone call away’."
Lesley Blakmore, Financial Controller
BRAEMAR ROYAL HIGHLAND GAMES CENTRE
"he Circle Heritage Policy Rob has designed is the perfect product for our two quite diverse museums / visitor centres. The policy meets all of our insurance requirements but is flexible enough to cater for the ever changing exhibits and events that we arrange. Rob has been our broker for many years and has always delivered a cost effective policy, given excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to any similar charitable organisation. The additional benefit of being able to spread the premiums, interest free over the year is an added bonus."
Phil Turner, Retired Finance Director
